By utilizing a four part approach that focuses on improving the body mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, we cultivate room for growth that helps you operate at your highest level.

What I liked best about her is that she met with me before our first session to find out what was important to me–basically what “I” wanted to get out of our time together. She planned each session with my end goal in mind. She always  encouraged and motivated me never making me feel bad about myself. Kassaundra took the time to show me the routines we would do and explain what the “why” behind them. In our off time she would even email me exercise plans that I could do on my own.
